Ushbu maqolada ayol kurashchilar uchun mo‘ljallangan innovatsion tiklanish strategiyalari o‘rganilgan. Unda gormonal o‘zgarishlar, vazn tashlash jarayonlari va psixologik stress kabi asosiy muammolar ko‘rsatilgan va ularning yechimlari sifatida hayz tsikli davridagi mashg‘ulotlar, rivojlangan gidratatsiya strategiyalari, shaxsiylashtirilgan ovqatlanish va ruhiy salomatlikni qo‘llab-quvvatlash keltirilgan. Ushbu usullarning amaliy qo‘llanilishi sportchilarning natijalarini yaxshilash, jarohat xavfini kamaytirish va uzoq muddatli sog‘lig‘ini ta ‘minlash maqsadida muhokama qilinadi.
