BIOTSENOZLARDAGI YONG‘OQ DARAXTLARI NEMATODALARINING XILMA-XILLIGI
Аннотация
Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekistonning sharqiy qismida joylashgan G‘arbiy Tyanshan tog‘ tizmasiga qarashli Qirtoshtog‘ etaklaridagi yong‘oq daraxtlari nematodafaunasi xilma-xilligi, bioekologik xususiyatlari hamda turlarning biotoplar bo‘yicha tarqalishi haqida ma’lumotlar keltirilgan. Tadqiqotlar natijasida mevali daraxtlar nematodafaunasida 29 turga mansub nematodalar qayd etildi. Ushbu turlar sistematik va ekologik jihatdan tahlil etilgan. Ekologik xususiyatlariga ko‘ra 5 ta katta va bir nechta kichik guruhlarga ajratilgan. Ekologik guruhlar orasida hammaxo‘rlar (omnivorous) va o‘simlikxo‘r nematodalar (Plant feeding) guruhlari turlari soni bo‘yicha dominant guruhlar sifatida qayd etilgan. Nematodalarning xilma-xillik darajasi tuproqning 0-15 va 15-30 sm qatlamlarida yuqori bo‘ldi. Turli biotoplardagi xilma-xillik nematodalarning ekologik xususiyatlari bilan bog`liq bo‘lishi ma’lum bo‘ldi. Yong‘oq o‘simligining ildiz sistemasida uchratilgan turlar asosan Aphelenchoides, Ditylenchus, Pratylenchus, Helicotylenchus, Merlinius avlodlariga mansub, bevosita o‘simliklarning tirik to‘qimasi bilan bog‘liq turlar ekanligi qayd etildi.
