Cultural awareness enhances interpersonal relationships and professional interactions, contributing to creativity, cooperation, and the development of inclusive policies. Ultimately, it’s not just a skill but a mindset that encourages continuous learning, adaptability, and open-mindedness, creating a more harmonious, diverse, and prosperous global society.
