Inson organizmi deyarli barcha kerakli moddalarni oziq-ovqat va suv orqali oladi. Oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarining tarkibi va ularning xususiyatlari salomatlik,jismoniy rivojlanganlik, mehnat qobiliyati, hissiy holat va umuman, umr ko‘rish davomiyligi va sifatiga bevosita ta’sir qiladi. Inson organizmiga shu qadar ta’sir qilishga qodir bo‘lgan yana boshqa bir omilni topish qiyin.
