O'ZBEKISTON RESPUBLIKASI HUDUDIDA O'SUVCHI MAHALIY O’SIMLIKLARDAN ENDOFIT MIKROORGANIZMLAR AJRATIB OLISH VA ULARNING XILMA-XILLIGI
Referat
Mazkur tadqiqotda O‘zbekiston Respublikasi hududida o‘suvchi mahaliy o‘simliklardan endofitik achitqilarni ajratib olish va ularning xilma-xilligini o‘rganish maqsad qilindi. Tadqiqotda endofitik mikroorganizmlar, xususan, achitqilar o‘simliklarning ichki to‘qimalarida yashab, turli ekologik va biologik jarayonlarda faol ishtirok etadigan mikroblar sifatida ko‘rib chiqildi. Ushbu mikroorganizmlar, shu jumladan, achitqilar, qishloq xo‘jaligi va farmatsevtika sanoatida muhim ahamiyatga ega bo‘lib, ularning o‘sishi va rivojlanishi o‘simliklarning himoya mexanizmlarini mustahkamlashi, biokontrollar vositalarini ishlab chiqarish kabi foydali xususiyatlar bilan bog‘liqdir. Tadqiqotda o‘simliklarning gullari va mevalaridan ajratilgan endofitik achitqilar MALDI-TOF MS va molekulyar-genetik usullar (18S rRNA, ITS1, ITS2) yordamida identifikatsiya qilindi. Tadqiqot natijalari, shu jumladan, endofitik achitqilarni morfologik va genetik tahlil qilish orqali o‘simliklar orasida o‘zgaruvchanlik va xilma-xillikni aniqlashda muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Tadqiqot, shuningdek, endofitik mikroorganizmlar bilan bog‘liq yangi ilmiy ma’lumotlarga hissa qo‘shib, ularning ekologik va iqtisodiy ahamiyatini yaxshiroq tushunishga yordam beradi.
