PHYSALIS ANGULATA O‘SIMLIGI ELEMENT TARKIBINI ICP-MC USULI BILAN ANIQLASH

Physalis angulata o‘simligi tarkibidagi makro- va mikroelementlari induktiv bog‘langan plazmali mass-spektrometriya usuli yordamida tahlil qilindi. Tahlillar natijasida o‘simlik tarkibida yuqori miqdorda makro- va mikroelementlar mavjudligi aniqlangan. Shu bilan birga og‘ir metall miqdori juda ham kichik miqdorlarda ekanligi, ko‘plab og‘ir metallar o‘rganilgan o‘simlik organlari tarkibida mavjud emasligini ko‘rish mumkin. Yuqorida keltirilgan ma’lumotlar o‘simlik organlari tarkibidagi makro- va mikroelementlar bir tomondan ularning mineralogik jihatdan samarador ekanligi to‘g‘risida axborot bersa, boshqa bir tarafdan noorganik tarkibning og‘ir metall tuzlari miqdori ushbu o‘simlikdan olingan iste’mol tovarlarining havfsizlik darajasini to‘g‘risida dastlabki sanitar-gigienik ma’lumotlarga ega bo‘lish imkonini beradi.
