Referat

Oziq-ovqat bo‘yog‘i hisoblangan titan dioksid hozirgi kunda ishlatilishida turli xildagi  maxsulotlari tarkibiga kiradi. Jaxon miqyosida ko‘pgina mamlakatlar bu maxsulotni sanoat tarmoqlaridan olib tashlagan bo‘lsada, u haqidagi fikrlar hanuzgacha munozarali hisoblanadi.Ishdan asosiy maqsad ozuqa qo’shimchasining axamiyatini ochib berishdir.Bunga ko’ra titan dioksidning turli xil shakllari organizmga yoshiga, ozuqa turiga ko’ra turlicha ta’sir etadi.Bunda albatta ozuqa bilan muntazam kirib turishi ham inobatga olingan.Natijada bo‘yoq ovqat hazm qilish sistemasi hujayralariga o’z ta’sirini o‘tkazmasdan qolmaydi.Asosiy zarralanadigan organlar: jigar, taloq,o‘n ikki barmoq ichak va yo‘g‘on ichak hujayralarida karsinogenezga sabab bo‘ladi.Ichak bifidobakteriyalariga o‘z ta’sirini o‘tkazadi.Hujayrada erkin radikallar soni ko‘payishiga ta’sir qiladi.
