Inson resurslarini boshqarish (HR) tizimlarining taraqqiyoti yangi avlod xodimlari ehtiyojlari va talablariga javob berishda muhim ahamiyatga ega. Ushbu tadqiqot korxona HR tizimlaridagi tendensiyalar va modellarni, xususan, raqamlashtirish, sun’iy intellekt (AI) va global iqtisodiy muhitidagi strategik moslashuvni o‘rganadi. Raqamli transformatsiya korxonalarga HR faoliyatini optimallashtirish, xodimlarning jalb qilinishini oshirish va ma’lumotlar tahlili orqali qaror qabul qilishni yaxshilash imkonini beradi. AI asosidagi kadrlarni yollash vositalari, bulutli HR platformalari hamda mobil ilovalar kabi zamonaviy texnologiyalarning ahamiyati innovatsiyalar va HR amaliyotidagi moslashuvchanlikni oshirishda muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Bundan tashqari, ijtimoiy mas’uliyat va xodimlarga yo‘naltirilgan yondashuvni integratsiya qilish yangi avlod xodimlarining qadriyatlari va kutilmalariga moslashishni ta’minlash uchun zarur.
