Kron kasalligi – surunkali yallig‘lanishli ichak kasalligi bo‘lib, etiologiyasi to‘liq aniqlanmagan. Kasallikning rivojlanishida genetik moyillik, immun tizimining noto‘g‘ri javobi va atrof-muhit omillari muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Patogenezi murakkab bo‘lib, ichak shilliq qavatining disbiozi, epitelial baryerning buzilishi va autoimmun jarayonlar bilan bog‘liq. Ilmiy tadqiqotlar kelajakda kasallikning aniq sabablari va yangi terapevtik yondashuvlarni aniqlashga qaratilgan. Ushbu maqolada Kron kasalligi, uning kelib chiqishi, simptomlari haqida keng qamrovli, turli ilmiy maqolalar va tadqiqotlarning tahlili keltirilgan. Hozirgi vaqtda samarali olib borilgan koʻplab tadqiqotlarga qaramasdan, Kron kasalligining kelib chiqishining asosiy sababi aniqlanmaganligi tufayli o’z tadqiqotlarimizda laboratoriya sharoitida eksperimental Kron kasalligi modelini chaqirib uni davolash ustida ish olib bormoqdamiz.
