CHELIDONIUM MAJUS L. O‘SIMLIK ENDOFIT BAKTERIYALARINING ANTIBAKTERIAL XUSUSIYATLARI.
Referat
Endofitlar nafaqat o‘simlikning ikkilamchi metabolitlarini sintez qilishda yoki ularni o‘zgartirishda ishtirok etadilar, balki boshqa ko‘plab biologik faol funksiyalarga ega bo‘lgan ko‘plab metabolitlarni hosil qiladilar. Ushbu tadqiqot ishida Chelidonium majus L. o‘simligining turli qismidan ajratilgan bakteriyalarni patogen mikroorganizmlar (gram-musbat bakteriyalardan: Staphylococcus aureus va Bacillus subtilis; gram-manfiy bakteriyalardan: Pseudomonas aeruginosa va Escherichia coli lar va achitqilardan Candida albicans) ga qarshi faolligi o‘rganildi va yuqori faollikka ega bo‘lgan endofit bakteriyalar MALDI-TOF mass spektrafotometr yordamida identifikatsiya qilindi.
