REALIZATION OF THE CONCEPTS OF “DISEASE” AND “HEALTH” IN MEDICAL ADVERTISING

Referat

The anthropocentric approach to language led to the emergence of new scientific directions - cognitive linguistics, pragmalinguistics, sociolinguistics, linguoculturology and psycholinguistics. The role of the anthropocentric approach in linguistics is distinguished by its focus on the study of issues related to the formation and functioning of language in relation to man and his mind. Also, one of the important issues related to anthropocentric linguistics is the concept of "concept", which is the central research object of cognitive linguistics and linguocultural studies. At this point, it should be said that cognitive linguistics and linguoculturalism interpret the concept in different ways, because each of these directions approaches the concept differently based on its scientific research scope. This article discusses the term "concept" and its definitions. At the same time, the concepts of "disease" and "health" in the linguistic landscape of the world and their different associations in the thinking of representatives of different nations and cultures are discussed. The expression of the concepts of "disease" and "health" in medical advertisements is analyzed.
